Tomsk - Moscow, Russia (1989)
Member of first team of Americans to visit Tomsk in Siberia, site of several
USSR research institutions and universities, including atmospheric and nuclear
science laboratories. Participant in dedication of the Tomsk Technology
Incubator, the first facility of its type throughout the Soviet Union.
