Atlanta, Augusta, and Warner Robins, Georgia (1986-90)
Director of Advanced Technology Development Center for the University System of Georgia (1986-90). Rewrote the Business Plan of ATDC and implemented numerous new management and operational facets of this high tech incubator and recruiter of tech companies to Georgia. Assisted over 100 early-stage companies with their missions, management, marketing, and financing. Instituted the Georgia Seed Capital Fund via a State Constitutional Amendment process.
